What a row means

A listing is the combination of instrument + venue + market type + quote currency. BTC perpetual on Binance (USDT) is a different row from BTC spot on Binance (USDT) and from BTC perpetual on Hyperliquid (USD).

Leverage

Max leverage is the advertised maximum for that contract, usually on isolated or cross margin, and almost always only available below a notional size tier. Real leverage at a usable size is often lower. Empty leverage on options means the venue uses portfolio / SPAN-style margin instead of a fixed multiple.

Spot is recorded as 1x. Margin books (where included) use the venue’s advertised max for that pair.

Fees

Maker and taker fees are typical VIP0 / baseline rates in percent, stored internally in basis points. They ignore token-holder discounts, 30-day volume tiers, and promotional maker rebates. They are a starting point for comparison, not your fill cost.

Coverage

Seed data covers major crypto assets across large CEXs, a few perpetual DEXs (Hyperliquid, dYdX, GMX), Deribit options, and synthetic gold/silver perps. It is not a complete universe of every alt on every venue.

Updates

Each listing can store a last-verified date. Unverified seed rows should be treated as indicative. Correct them in the admin when you confirm live specs on the venue.
